Dr. Warfield-Walker is the founder and overseer of Cultivating Wholeness & Restoration International Ministries since 2009, and has been working to get the mentoring programs ready for January 2024.  She is an Apostle and was called into ministry in 1998, first being licensed as a minister then three years later she became a pastor.  She started overseeing ministries in 2000, when she retired from the NYPD as a detective.  She completed her education in undergraduate and graduate school where she received her Bachelors, Masters and PhD in Christian Counseling and Christian Education.  She became the first African American Deputy Sheriff in Dover, Delaware. She now works in the ministry full-time.  She is also mentoring women into what they are suited for in her CWRIM Mentoring Program.  She is also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.  Dr. Walker is determined to complete the mission that God has for her!
